Today’s task was to “wreak havoc on a microscopic scale.” The task is as follows:
1. Shake hands with someone and spread armies of staphylococcus — It’s raining today and my freakazoid doggo won’t go on a walk unless I drive him somewhere where he has no choice but to walk during the rain. Thank god the roads are OK after snowcapolys. I decided to go to Hillsboro library as it has a nice park by it and a field where he can hunt for mice. There were also other dog walkers (maybe because of the same reason). One stopped by us to let Opee and his dog play. We entered into a conversation about our doggos bragging shamelessly. I think I won (adopted stray vs. bought golden retriever). In the end, it is customary to introduce yourself and shake hands (maybe it is just a Hillsboro thing). But hey, with a little luck, the task is accomplished.
2. Turn on your microwave and irradiate your brain cells — Was in luck there as well. Went to a middle eastern eatery and got half of a Gyro in a doggie bag. Lunch it is. I think food is totally worth the irradiated brain cells!
3. Hold a magnet to your TV screen and divert streams of electrons — Have a screen to watch Netflix. Don’t have a magnet. Once again, Fred’s here I come. You helped me accomplish so many tasks already so please don’t disappoint me again. After half an hour search wondering through the Home Improvement aisle (why? I don’t know) I stumbled to the adjacent toy section (why would you put a toy section next to the home improvement I don’t know. Maybe it’s because children tend to destroy your home?). Anyhow, that put aside I actually had to buy a “science lab” toy because it was the only thing that contained magnets (according to its description). I guess now I have to do the experiments that came with the kit so I don’t waste the $40 I spent on it. Experiments include: making your own slime, secret massage writing, solar cooker (a great alternative for the microwave), and others.
4. Await the end of the world when self-replicating nanobots will turn everything into the gray matter. — Got copious amounts of wine to wait for that in a happy mood. I guess we will all know when it comes.
