Today’s task was dedicated to Nostradamus. I am supposed to predict the future for 2050.
Here are my predictions:
1. Clothing: although there is a strong possibility that the 1980s will make come back all wearing Gap is more feasible. Yey for discount items. Stock up now.
2. Transport: ditch the hybrids or electric and definitely Teslas (directed at yuppies and tech industry minions)… Instead, buy a bicycle and become the majority of the future!
3. Geopolitics: yes, wars exist at any time. Ditch the religious ones and you will cut them by at least half. In 2050 most likely it will be a war with the Omega Centaury. It is good to have a common enemy. Humanity unite!
4. Business: Microsoft will invade a small country (although Gates is doing it already I guess I should say “another” small country).
5. Design: The zero gravity bookshelf will be a huge hit. Yes, I would be the first one to buy it, especially when it floats towards you and you don’t have to walk to it. The books will literally be at the tip of your fingertips.
6. Internet: the most visited site will be alienhotties.com due to the war with Omega Centaury.
7. Art: it will run out of taboos to break. Might not be the best outcome as it will eliminate a lot of artists. Might as well prepare for this day today.
8. Space: Mankind will be getting da hell out of Earth due to impending death by a meteorite (it is actually circulating now in the news).
That’s it. Take it or leave it but prepare for it, especially for the Gap part.
