Today’s task was to “pretend you are a secret agent.” The book provided instructions for covert operations: “No one can know. Your government needs you, they are watching. Meet at 1300 today outside work. Wave at a gray car. It will pick you up and take you to a secret rendezvous. Good luck. Tear this page out and swallow it.”
Well, so many things can go wrong. I wore my blinking lights hat that you have seen already to identify myself. I did not look up. However, there were no cameras so unless they watched me from a helicopter I was safe. I did not hear any sound so I decided that I am indeed safe. Now to a grey car. I stood outside of my apartment as I work from home and waited and waited and finally because every third car is silver here I got one. I waved but they thought that I am just saying Hi since they are my neighbors. No luck there. So, I guess I am not a secret agent or my neighbors just don’t know that I am one.
