Today was a Primal Scream Day. So needed one as I have a project that just is not working. Here are the screams I tried:
1. Yeeeaarrrrrrgggghhhhhhhh!
2. raaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhrgh!
3. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!
My neighbors were not home so I did not disturb anyone (the walls are thin in my condo plus I had a fire alarm going off at 1 am because my pizza burned not that long time ago so I am blacklisted although I put up with their little munchkin stomping on my head and their dog barking non-stop when they are not there so even if I disturbed them with my screams that would be Karma).
The most rewarding scream to let my frustration loose was number 2. Highly recommend. Let your frustrations loose. You will feel tons better just like I did.
