After watching “Web Accessibility Matters: Why Should We Care” and “An overview of what web accessibility actually means” videos make a post on class blog reflecting on where web accessibility fits in your life (school or personal) and what steps can you personally take to improve the accessibility of digital content you create.

Next week you will be putting together your ePortfolio using WordPress. As you prepare your materials and artifacts for your site, make a post discussing what strategies you will use to make your ePortfolio sites up to accessibility standards.

Make a post on class blog describing your experience learning about web accessibility. Use the following questions as a guide: What was the most difficult part? What was the easiest part? What was the most interesting part? Will you continue exploring this subject and making sure your digital content is accessible in the future (for example, for your schoolwork or your ePortfolio site)?
